How do I order remote spy software online?
After you have decided to purchase, go to the order page. Follow the screens and enter the requested information to purchase online. We accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover and American Express credit cards for online purchases. After your order completes you will immediately receive an email containing a link to download your software and instructions for installation/usage.

What charge will show on my card?
The charge for any software on our site will appear as "Plimus, Inc." which is our payment processing provider. This company handles thousands of various software orders every day for many different types of software companies.

How secure is the order process?

Do you take orders by phone or mail?
Yes. To order by toll-free phone or mail, first go to the online order page to setup the order. Fill out the customer information section on the second secure page so it will be in our system. At the bottom of this page there will be a field called "Payment Type:". In this field, select "Phone" or "Mail" and then click "Next". You will then be taken to a page that gives you a reference number and a toll-free phone number to call or address to send to.

What is your privacy policy?
It is company policy that our customer databases remain confidential and private. We have not, will not, and won't ever sell names to "spammers" or other parties who would like to use our databases to advertise or solicit their products or services. Do you provide technical support?

Do you offer products on CD-ROM?
Yes. SniperSpy and RemoteSpy are both available on CD-ROM. To order the CD's, first go the order page. Check the "Add CD-ROM" box to check the box. There is a minimal charge for the cd version. When you order a CD-ROM you will still be sent the instant download upon purchasing.

Extended Download Warranty
SniperSpy and RemoteSpy software is eligible for our Extended Download Warranty. For a small, additional cost we'll keep a back-up copy of your digital files should you need to re-download them for any reason.

One year warranty - $4.95 CAD
Two year warranty - $6.95 CAD

This comes in handy in case of computer crashes. This option can be selected during your order.
